Our Coratina cultivar extra virgin olive oil comes exclusively from the olive groves of the Murgia at the north of Bari. Through a delicate cold-milling process, in which the olive paste grinding doesn't exceed 27°C, all the chemical and organoleptic characteristics remain intact. The resulting product has an intense smell, fruity with hints of almonds, a bitter and pungent aftertaste and a yellow-green colour. Our farm Murgia Dei, ensures the traceability of the product, from harvesting to packaging.
With a wooden drip-catching cap, useful both to measure the quantity of product and avoid to waste a single drop of it, the Olivette are available in 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml sizes.
